You know, Death Note is one of my favorite anime/manga series. It's incredibly good, but it always surprised me by how absent the fandom was when it felt like it should be ripe for the picking. Kudos to you for making it your own. I know I looked for ship fic for it when I was a teenager. I bet you're making someone's day by posting it now.
