I am shocked that you would laugh at poor Mr Winchester's plight. (...yes, all right, I cracked up at 'Hey, are you hot?' and 'This really is Hell'. I was also quite touched, though. Clearly I do not receive letters from fictional characters often enough! Although, er, I'll admit that I probably receive letters from fictional characters rather more frequently than most people do.)
