"When the episode opened on a woman in the shower, I couldn't help rolling my eyes. For goodness' sake, Supernatural, you've already had two female-death-in-the-shower scenes! But then they didn't actually kill her, so I can sort of forgive them."

And there was the almost-death-from-taking-a-bath in Dead in the Water, which also had another girl dying in a bikini, while the guy died from sticking his arm down a drainpipe.
