The thing that surprised me the most is your voice. Because you're kind of exuberant and capslocky and flaily online (in a cute way), I pictured you as having a voice that was more like that. Kind of high and energetic-sounding and generally coming off as more excited and flaily.

Instead, it turns out you sound all classy and confident and posh and impressive.
