It's a modern story wherein Prince Aurthur of Wales actually exists and is hunted by the paparazzi while being forced to take smiling pictures with war-orphans and Merlin is a Junior Doctor who Arthur happens upon whilst running from his bodyguards during a hospital visit because he's sick of smiling benignly in front of children who are actually sick.

There are news articles and pictures and a running ninja joke and it is sort of a thing of absolute awesome.
