I am not the only one who likes Harry/Ginny more in the films than in the books! I cannot explain it, but somehow they work on the screen in a way in which they didn't on the page. (Possibly because the portrayal on the screen has fewer chest monsters.)

My goodness, where did you find friends who had never read the books? (That does sound rather fun.)
