More or less everything in the Final Fantasy XII script is beautifully translated. The way everything is phrased is one of my favourite things about the game.

I think you're right; 'flashing back' is fairly obviously the correct term, but that only occurred to me when I reread this entry before posting it and realised I'd somehow written 'flashbacking'. I left it in because it amused me.
