I love the relationship between the Elric brothers so much. I love it when they’re together and talking and reminiscing and arguing. I love it when they’re trying to avenge each other’s wounds in fights and protecting each other. I love it when they’re separated and ready to tear the world apart in order to find each other again. When Al has been kidnapped, woe betide anyone who gets in Ed’s way.
I rather like Izumi, so she’s probably going to die.
Oh, Ed. The way you reacted when Greed died broke my heart. Again. You’re so incredibly distressed by the thought that you might have killed somebody, even if that person was your enemy... I love you so much.
Hey, what happens if someone attempts human transmutation after seven Homunculi have been created, but before any of them die? Do they stop being made? Do they have to invent new sins? Which came first: the seven deadly sins or the Homunculi?
I think that the casual way in which Envy kills people is fantastic. “You’re annoying.” *stab* Episode 35, by the way, managed to thoroughly depress me. Thanks a lot, Fullmetal Alchemist.
In the first post I made about this anime, I said that, although I wouldn’t be writing Elricest, I probably wouldn’t be averse to reading it. I have since reconsidered. The relationship between the two of them is something that I really, really adore, and there’s a real love there, and there’s also a kind of innocence. I don’t want to see that relationship sexualised. It seriously couldn’t be any more perfect than it is.
So yeah, I’m not going to be looking at Elricest. I’m probably not going to read any FMA fanfiction, actually, because I have heard horror stories of how insane the fandom is. The exception to this is anything written by
eva_kasumi. If Eva writes anything for Fullmetal Alchemist, Elricest or not, I will leap upon it and devour it like a rabid, starving weasel. This also applies to certain other people who have not watched it yet, but who certainly will if I have anything to say about it.
To tell you the truth, I’m terrified of finishing the series. I’ve never been this in love with anything before. I dread to think of what the withdrawal symptoms will be like.

Everyone I liked either died or were severely wounded by the end of the show. =D;
