I do agree that something seems to be a bit off about this series - there was a sense of love for the entire programme that came through in Ten's run even at its worst, if that makes sense, and I think that in making the series 'darker' Moffat might have lost a little of that - but I have to disagree on the overall storyline not being intriguing. I am so intrigued; not by the cracks in time, but by scenes like this, where either there's been a continuity error with the jacket or the Doctor is coming back from a different time. I just really hope it turns out to be as awesome as I feel it could be.
(Definitely agree on the iDaleks, though. I was already fed up with Daleks, but making them brightly coloured and chunky renders them incredibly unintimidating.)
