Clearly, when I'm having difficulty liking a character, all I need to do is post an entry about them and wait for my flist to rectify the situation! I'll have to watch Amy with your and apiphile's comments in mind; I think they could really help me warm to her. Possibly I didn't really get her because I tend not to expect a great amount of psychological depth from Doctor Who, so when it is included I tend to miss it.

Also, River as the Master would be amazing. They both take a similar delight in deceit, at the very least.
