This was a very nice fic! I'm not into Jane/everyone, but I would accept Jane/Lisbon if they ended up together. I'm mostly a Jane/Van Pelt shipper, and I loved how you used her POV. Their kiss was kind of heart breaking for both of them: Jane because he was still thinking of his wife and Grace because she knew he would never love her the way she wanted.
The end was fun!
