Spongebob is rather good as well, I have to say, although I do prefer Phineas and Ferb overall. Children's cartoons are of such good quality nowadays! The cartoons of my childhood were Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls and Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (and Pokémon, of course, but I'm thinking more about the development of Western animation), which I don't think were nearly as clever as present-day cartoons, although I did enjoy them. (Then again, that's from my childhood recollections; it's entirely possible that I'd appreciate them on a different level were I to watch them now.)
