I like that Kurt was allowed to retain his atheism. His storyline could have been about learning to believe, which would have bothered me, but no; it was about learning to accept that his religious friends meant well in their prayers. I'm all for that. His final speech to his father, about how his relationships with the people he loves are what he holds sacred and believes in - and I'm crying just thinking about it - comes very close to my own feelings.

The fact that he stood up for what he believed in, along with his feelings on family, makes me love him all the more.
