I suppose that if they did have sex they would have to go for the body paint rather than the 'well, he can come back from anything' approach, because having sex whilst feeling constantly as if you're dying probably wouldn't be that sexy. Unless you're into that sort of thing.

In any case, I think the pairing's more interesting when it's frustrating and impossible and in any case Logan is furiously repressing his attraction to Rogue. Maybe at one point Rogue's mutation is somehow temporarily deactivated, and Logan isn't strong enough to keep repressing when suddenly something between them is possible, and they have sex and fall asleep in each other's arms and WHOOPS ROGUE'S POWERS RETURN IN THE NIGHT AND LOGAN WAKES UP TO HIS LIFE-FORCE BEING SAPPED AND NEARLY DIES.
