Your family is awesomely hilarious! And also, as a vegetarian, I greatly appreciate people protecting vegetarians from accidentally drinking insects! I accidentally drank ants in the dark once, and it was icky. (Although there were no other people around, so it wasn't like anyone was choosing not to tell me about the ants or anything.)
