I actually LOVE the chocobo breeding, and have done way more of it than was strictly necessary to get the Knights of the Round. Half because I want to get the Sneak Attack materia that you can only win from chocobo racing and half because I just really enjoy watching Cid ride a chocobo. (CId is a terrible jockey. He always pushes the 'bos too hard. Cloud and Tifa never exhaust their chocobos.)

I would pay so much money for a version of FFVII that would let me put everyone on chocobos to race each other. Especially Yuffie. And Vincent. And the Turks.
