Ah, that's just after a trial! (So, yes, I suppose it was some kind of DRAMATIC SHOWDOWN!!) The trials are my favourite parts of the game. The Let's Play, although it's mainly in screenshot form, actually had videos for all the trial segments, as they're fully voice acted and more visually dynamic than the other sections.
