I didn't say this before, but I think you're getting the vibe enough now that it's safe to say: the bleeding effect is legit, and affects Desmond in ways that you're going to end up enjoying far more than small mixups like that. I wish I could say for sure, but I don't want to speak on this more than that, just in case it is too much for you.

Ironically, ASSCREED is the terminology that people started using for the series when they grew tired of the game and thought they were getting more redundant with each game. While I'm in agreement that the games DO get repetitive (all the way out to Unity and the like), they're never BAD, so I never approved of the name. :(
