Before the Storm is fully out, I'm pretty sure! The third and final episode came out in December. Although the deluxe edition bonus chapter about kid Max and Chloe isn't out yet, if you're counting that.

Chloe's new VA does a good job! She doesn't deliver quite such a confident performance as Ashly Burch, but she gets the voice very close to my ear; I'm not sure I would have realised there had been a voice actor change if I hadn't already known. I like Rachel, and I'm really enjoying the dynamic between her and Chloe.
