Yeah, I haven't heard "uke" used. (Wiki has a fascinating history! The developer was creating user-editable websites, and was originally going to call it QuickWeb, but after being told to take the wikiwiki, or very quick, shuttle at the Hawaiian airport, he created WikiWikiWeb, because it sounded much cooler. Everyone shorted it down to wiki pretty much immediately, and now no one says wikiwiki unless they're actually speaking Hawaiian. All of these linguistic developments have happened since the mid-nineties, and there is an internationally-known Hawaiian-derived word of internet terminology because one non-Hawaiian guy thought the word sounded cool.)
