I very much look forward to your thoughts on the episode! I'd rate it about an 8, I think? I liked it more than episode two (which was fine) but not as much as episode one (which I absolutely loved).
My Sean did not see any romance, which was actually a decision I made for him before the episode even came out. When we met Cassidy at the Christmas market and she seemed to be flirting, I went 'well, I'm enjoying Sean being flustered, but I don't think romance is really what this kid needs at the moment; he's got far too much to worry about already.' For now, I'm very happy for him to be quietly intrigued by people from afar.
