I love this! The contrast of "This teenage girl kissed another girl and her adult guardian wants to have a conversation with her, but it's awkward for both of them", and the entire situation!

And the ending is actually really sweet! (You are soo good at having people say the sweet, moving, or helpful thing that's not obviously sweet, moving, or helpful, but it works because they know each other!)
