Thank you for the advice! I don't expect myself to play Royal for a couple of years at least, but when I feel the desire to replay Persona 5 I'll probably pick it up, at least in part because a friend of mine has written a bunch of fanfiction for it. At least I've played the original now, so I'm in a position to dismiss Royal as playable fanfiction if it proves not to be my thing.

I was really expecting that we'd change her fiancé's heart! I was very surprised that we didn't. Haru's storyline does end up feeling unfinished; it seems hard to believe that her terrible fiancé wouldn't try to cause trouble after the engagement's broken off.
