'What was your first internet fandom?' seems like such a simple question, but I'm pretty sure mine really was 'whatever Zarla was doing at any given time', which sounds completely strange from the outside but makes perfect sense if you were there. I think I do still have some writing up on FF.net if I only had the courage to go and look at it, but it's definitely not the earliest stuff I wrote. Also the thought of reading it makes me die a little. It's mostly Tales of Symphonia stuff I expect, but I'm pretty sure there's at least one DNAngel fic, and possibly some sort of ~sexy~ torture story for an obscure PS2 RPG that didn't even have a section on the site but damn it I posted it anyway. whatever other horror await, I will never know. I close my eyes and refuse to see.
OF COURSE YOU LIKED COLT, that totally tracks. Heck, now I'm wondering if I should reread Howl of a Growlithe. Might be interesting to see just how many habits I might have formed out of it!
Seems natural to me that Parasect would have a monobrow. Parasect are famous for their luxurious facial hair, right? In retrospect it really should have been a mushroom monobrow. Now that's character design.
