My initial response to the "Give the best apology to Alex for the worst thing done" task was also "I would immediately try to put a bag over Alex's head and abduct him somewhere." I feel like I'm learning something about the dark recesses of my mind, here, but I also feel like it's something I already knew.

(I suppose the real thing I'm learning here is that I would be well-cast as a sidekick villain to Rhod Gilbert, and I'm not sure I like this glimpse in the mirror.)
