I'm glad I can provide a space for enthusing over things! I really appreciate Dreamwidth for preserving the social long-form blogging format of original Livejournal; I know the internet's moved from text-based social media through image-based social media and into video-based social media, but text is still what I'm most comfortable with. It's good to know there are still places online where you can just talk, even if Dreamwidth is never going to be the biggest social media site.
