I'm glad Eleanor got to see the toad - it sounds like something she REALLY wanted to do.

Also! Grasshoppers do have wings! They can in fact fly!

ETA: Very envious you got to see a hoopoe. I used to see them in my birding books as a kid and always wanted to see them, but they don't make it to the UK
