I know exactly what you mean about weird self judgement. Because I am absolutely thrilled you're posting shorter stuff and am definitely going to read the fandoms I know... And yet have huge hang-ups myself about posting anything under 1000 words. Sometimes even about writing anything under 1000 words, which is VERY silly for this kind of hobby (it's meant to be fun, I'm not wroting War and Peace).
