Trying to think of an approach to Light readerfic was near-impossible. What would get Light to take interest in the hypothetical reader? As with so many things, the answer to 'why would Light do this?' turned out to be 'being weird about L'.

I can only imagine that they both meet in the woods with a shotgun and are awkward and intense about it.
