This is so oddly sweet & charming even as it hints at the darkness of control! & poor Kris & their unrequited love - but the way the soul is both kind and blasé, & the way it's both controlling Kris but helping them to make friends, and yet those friendships don't feel quite real for either of them. Don't know who Pizzapants is, but the line about them was p funny regardless.
