He would be like Eight only EVEN MORE BOUNCY. And the random breaking into song would be the most awesome quirk. It'd thoroughly confuse all his enemies and his companion(s) would think he was even more insane because he'd be sitting there wielding a spanner and crooning love-songs to the TARDIS.
