Sorry for inflicting my sexual-identity uncertainty upon all of you! It's not something that fills me with angst or anything (I've been perfectly content without a significant other for nineteen years, so - ahahaha, 'Touch A Touch A Touch A Touch Me', that's the best Shuffle coincidence I've ever had! - I don't feel that I'm in desperate need of a sex life; so long as I have people I love and who love me, I'm happy); it's just something I wonder about occasionally. I DON'T LIKE TALKING ABOUT THESE THINGS BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE REVEALING THAT I AM JUST AN EMOTIONALLY CONFUSED FOURTEEN-YEAR-OLD AT HEART. With apologises to those of you on my friendslist who are around that age and are more emotionally mature than I'll ever be.
I was going to make a poll about something that came up in the comments to that entry, along the lines of 'if offered the chance to spend a week as the opposite gender (painless transformation and it's guaranteed not to screw your normal life up), would you take it?', and then I decided that it would be pointless, as everyone would say 'yes'. Possibly I am wrong about this; I've been entirely mistaken about the nature of humanity before.
What about spending a week as a cat? I think I'd take it. Or a day as a mosquito? I'd probably have to decline that one; you'd get to fly, but you'd be a mosquito. (IF I THINK FOR TOO LONG ABOUT THIS I WILL BE UNABLE TO KILL MOSQUITOES FOR FEAR THAT THEY ARE MEMBERS OF MY FRIENDSLIST. Mosquitoes are the only creatures in the world I will deliberately kill. I have tried humanely releasing a couple, but then I concluded that doing that for all the millions of mosquitoes that somehow sneak into the house in summer would be ridiculous. Stupid mosquitoes.)
