It was difficult to accomodate them all in the news room since their recent change of size. Clarkson was adamant that, at five kilometers tall, the differential between himself and Hammond (five centimetres) was essentially the same. Hammond responded that Clarkson no longer fit on his chair. Fortunately, two hours with a Vauxhall Cavalier and Tim Wonnacott and they had bargain furniture set up precisely for the purpose. Clarkson had also acquired a crown.

"Not to disagree with you," May said, in his most reasonable voice (he had quite a selection), "but you destroyed every single star in the night sky and now can't remember doing it."

"The reasonable conclusion to draw here..." Hammond added, in agreement.
