I know what you mean. There's still a bit of "Eew!" on my part, but it doesn't feel like incest in any meaningful sense. It's two people who happen to have overlapping genetics. It's barely more incestuous than clone sex, which doesn't squick me at all.

And the freakouts would be fun.
