Yes, yes, yes, and YES. I had many similar thoughts. (And I REALLY liked the little mention of their pasts - Dean's family and Madison - so sad and right but not right and AU FANFIC.) It really was the fanficiest of fanfic episodes. I am expecting many codas. This ep made me bouncy where the bouncy has been lacking for a long time.

Also, I find something delightful in the idea of Sam "skiving" simply because it's so Britishy he wouldn't know what the hell it was he was doing.
