LOL. I'm sort of glad I was aware of some of the crazies (though that was more people obsessed with weird stuff regarding the fictional characters rather than RPF/discussing the real people, which I've always avoided) before I found decent fans, even if they did really put me off the fandom. But it's still a bit scary that there are apparently quite so many of these obsessive nutters out there who either can't tell fact from fiction or think they own the actors.
