But this description of Rasputin, for some reason, makes me very very happy: "the lecherous, gourmandising libertine... a servant to all that was hedonistic and sensuous..."
I can't even remember where it's from, just that a friend read it to me once and it for some reason sent me into fits of giggles. I'm smiling now just thinking about it. I get the urge to end arguments with it sometimes.
Just say it out loud, "FIE ON THEE, LECHEROUS, GOURMANDISING LIBERTINE." There, don't you feel better?
