It's fun enough, but I feel that, after the complaints about XIII's linearity, XIII-2 may have gone too far the other way. There's all this emphasis on 'NON-LINEARITY!!! YOU CAN VISIT PLACES AND CARRY OUT TASKS IN ANY ORDER!!!', but in that case how can this game possibly have character development or a coherent plot?
I quite like Serah, but Noel has yet to really interest me, and as he's half of the main cast that's a bit of a problem. I'm mildly intrigued by the fact that he looks like the lovechild of Squall and Yuna, though.
