Hah, no, she can’t manage it! Even when she’s kind of creepily forcing House into dates with her, Wilson is the one he’s with before he goes. And my heart totally melted when Wilson sneakily asked her not to hurt House, d’aaaw.

But they keep filling the main-character-sexual-love-interest/tension quota with her D: if they must do it with anyone, at least let it be Cuddy. She has the whole ‘hear me roar’ thing going for her.

… I find the idea of House/that cop guy strangely fascinating now.
