The one thing that really bugged me about Torchwood was their emphasis on there being nothing after death. I mean, anyone who wants to think there's nothing after death is welcome to their opinion, but the series just kept shoving it in your face. "THERE IS NO HEAVEN OR HELL OR ANYTHING. JUST NOTHING. NOTHING AND A BIG MONSTER. LOOK YOU STUPID MORTALS CAN'T YOU SEE THAT I AM RIGHT?"
