I'm sorry for the late response! But it's really interesting to hear about how differently you responded to these characters.

Oh, that sounds frustrating, particularly in the last game of a series. I think it's a large part of my problem with Sam Drake; Uncharted 4 was the final game for a lot of characters I really cared about, and it went 'HEY, HERE'S YOUR BROTHER, HE'S REALLY IMPORTANT TO YOU, YOU'RE HAVING ADVENTURES WITH HIM' and I was left going 'but... Nate doesn't have a brother?? There has not been a single mention of the protagonist having siblings in the last three games??'
