Gene called Sam Gladys and Daphne in this episode.

He did! I sincerely hope I wasn't the only person whose mind leapt immediately to Dr. Cox. Although now it's gone to Daphne of the Mystery Machine gang, due to the close proximity of this observation to the one about Nancy Drew. Which is daft.
