Akira Yamaoka - ...and the Angels Weep (Silent Hill 3 - rank screen music). Because it's beautiful and haunting and very weird indeed.
Akira Yamaoka - Promise (Silent Hill 2 - music for 'Maria' ending credits). I've adored this song since I heard it on GamingFM, which was probably about a year before I actually played Silent Hill 2. I'm really, really bad at explaining why I like music, but it's really rather pretty in a kind of rocking way. That makes no sense whatsoever. Now I play it on the piano. Constantly. It must drive my neighbours insane.
Probably either Noriko Matsueda or Takahito Eguchi. Or both. - Eternity ~ Memory of Light and Wave (Final Fantasy X-2, music for opening credits). There aren't many games where I'll sit through the opening credits just for the music, but it's so pretty! And shiny! No, I'm not sure quite how music can be shiny, but this manages it. Also, being able to play pieces on the piano tends to make me rather biased.
Rufus Wainwright - Hallelujah. Because it's been stuck in my head for a week now and I can't stop humming it argh.
