rionaleonhart: final fantasy x-2: the sun is rising, yuna looks to the future. (no direction home (bandaij_icons))
Up to Episode Thirty. Incoherent, spoilery rambling on FMA to follow. YOU ARE VERY SURPRISED I AM SURE. )

Fullmetal Alchemist can make me love little-child characters – I’ve never seen any series before that can make small children adorable without making them annoying, but FMA makes it seem effortless. It can distress me and make me laugh and make me cry and make me tense up far more than can be healthy. It can make me incredibly happy at the beginning of an episode and render me speechless with shock and horror by the end. It has eaten my soul and broken my heart and worked its way into my brain, and I am madly, madly in love with it.

Basically, what I am saying is that, if you haven’t seen it already, you should watch this. You really, really should.
