Aug. 19th, 2006 02:47 pmRight. So, um, after two months of increasing unreliability and desperate phone calls to astonishingly useless BT support lines, the Internet has died a horrible screaming death.
Hopefully I will fare better on the plane journey to Spain in two days. (I'm an incredibly nervous flyer and become very superstitious in the leadup to a flight, so it was slightly unfortunate that I turned on the TV yesterday to be confronted by a montage of planes on fire.) I'll be back on the third, but the Internet in all probability won't be, so I don't know when I'll be online again. If there should be any wacky hijinks of any sort, I'll find a way to type them up eventually.
Do let me know if you see any good fanfiction (I'm particularly interested in reading Life on Mars/Silent Hill or any sort of Top Gear crossover), or if you get hit by a car and wake up in 1973 (although I understand that Internet access was perhaps not quite so widespread then), or if anything happens that you think I might be interested in. Thanks!
