My definition of 'crackfic' is rather vague, but if it's clearly shown to be possible in the canon (for example, a male-pregnancy Red Dwarf fic) it doesn't count. With the exception of human/inanimate object in Top Gear, which obviously makes perfect sense but which I am counting anyway because I say so. I'll leave whether to count unfinished fanfics or random never-to-be-continued snippets up to your discretion.

Oh, and S7 Grace for the subconscious one. Don't know how I missed that. And S7 Chimera, too, and those are obvious ones.

Main Character turned into a teenager? S7 Fragile Balance. Main character enters an interstellar space race, also with human/alien? S7 Space Race. Main character blows up a moon? S3 The devil You Know. Main character blows up a stellar object larger than a moon? S4 Chain Reaction, S4 Exodus. Main character kidnapped by ninjas? S5 Desperate Measures. Jaffa ninjas? S5 Revelations and periodically afterward. Space pirates? S6 Forsaken, S8 Prometheus Unbound.

I trust I'm making myself clear.

Main character/themselves? S9 Ex Deus Machina and S9 Off The Grid. You have to be blinder to romance than me not to notice the slashy Ba'al/Ba'al overtones. And that's not even bringing up the weird tension in S9 Ripple Effect between everyone and themselves.
