Strangely, the prospect of Derren Brown/Ryan Evans does not immediately thrill me. That is not to say that I wouldn't be delighted were someone to write it, but I would have expected to be more excited by the concept. Hmm.

OH, WAIT: young Christian Derren, with Ryan trying to encourage him to accept his sexuality? Yes. Clearly I was just looking at the pairing from the wrong angle.

Also, I want Derren to mess with Troy's mind in some way and Troy to look hugely bewildered.

I don't think Chad would like Derren at all. Sharpay, on the other hand, would be enormously and terrifyingly attracted to him. Derren would be slightly alarmed by this.

I would love to see young Derren dating Sharpay. The poor, poor man. And, yes, everyone needs a Ryan Evans to support them.

Young Derren dating Sharpay! It'd be brutal! And he'd be falling for Ryan, and massively in denial, and probably practicing his magic act for the inevitable school talent show, and dealing with Sharpay's insistence that he needs to improve with a lovely assistant. A pink and sparkly lovely assistant!
