I've got draegonhawke's challenge almost completely written, and I'll be typing it up as soon as I have the time. I just want to say that somebody needs to write a Silent Hill 2 fic that opens with this quote:

He thought he saw an Elephant

We also need more fic in which Selphie is happily engaged in making a rocket launcher plushie.
