It turns out that my brother can be as weirdly fannish as I am sometimes. There's a line of salt in the doorway of the computer room. I didn't put it there.

- The Borrowers, as mentioned in the previous entry.
- The Animorphs. Who remembers the Animorphs books? Possibly my first ever fannish obsession. I wasn't actually in the fandom, because it was before I discovered the Internet, but I was certainly obsessed. Anyway, Sam and Dean hear vague rumours of kids who can turn into animals and decide to check it out. Then, of course, they get drawn into the fight against the Yeerks. They are given the morphing ability. Dean promptly makes full use of this by turning into an adorable cat at every opportunity so girls will fondle him. Sam rolls his eyes a lot.
- Tidus and Auron, because
( cut for Final Fantasy X spoilers; yes, I know the game's been out for six years, but maybe there are still people who have yet to play it. )
- Silent Hill. YOU CAN HUNT A TOWN.
- A katamari.
- Pokémon. Obviously.
