Guilty Of Being In Space.

I received a request for a Pokémon manip post, and, hey, who am I to refuse? (I can't guarantee that I'll run off and make a Pokémon-related manip every time someone asks me to, but it's certainly not something that generally requires much prodding. I am weak-willed and very fond of Pokémon indeed.)

Pokémon in the Portal universe are probably kept in Aperture Science Pocket Monster Containment Spherical Cubes.

As always, this is an invitation to post your own silly Pokémon-related manips in the comments! Or indeed Portal-related manips; both are extremely manippable fandoms. Have fun!

AND SOMEHOW BLAME IT ON SHAWN.

Yeah, Gus and Applejack would get on awesomely. Also Twilight Sparkle, as they could be organized together.

Shawn would attach himself to Pinkie Pie. That would not end well.

EVERYTHING IS SHAWN'S FAULT. EVERYTHING.

Ooh, they would!

There is no way the combination of Gus and Pinkie Pie would end in anything but disaster, but it would be a glorious disaster.

Jules would like Rainbow Dash (this is assuming badass!fun!Jules, not overmature!sensible!Jules). Lassie would get stuck with Rarity and spend the whole trip being confused.

Poor Lassie! He so shouldn't have to deal with Rarity! She'd keep wanting to fix his wardrobe and add diamonds to his guns, and he'd be all "Okay, don't panic, Spencer probably just gave me some sort of hallucinogen that caused me to see unico...what are you doing with my gun? Put that down!"

Jules and Rainbow Dash would be quite fun. In fact, I think she needs more Rainbow Dash in her life.

Shawn would be all "Gus, this is my new best friend! She's also psychic." And Gus would go "You're not actually psychic, Shawn." And Shawn would be all "That's what I thought, but then the magical unicorn showed up to harass Lassie, so I'm seriously considering the possibility."

Poor Lassie! Meanwhile, Henry is at Sweet Apple Acres, napping in the sun with Big Mac.

She does! Because, you know, I miss fun!Jules, and RD would totes bring out that side of her again.

Gus wouldn't believe Pinkie Pie was actually psychic until she started twitching and things started landing on him.

Henry and Big Mac would so get along well!

I miss Fun!Jules too! I want her to be all "Rainbow Dash and I will team up and I will hunt criminals on a talking Pegasus with a rainbow mane, exactly the way I wanted to do when I was nine!"

Yeah, hanging out with Shawn is fuel for extreme skepticism.

He would be all "You wanna go relax or something?" and Big Mac would be all "Eeeeyup."

Jules just needs to break up with Shawn so she can go back to being awesome again.

Gus would somehow convince himself that Shawn had hypnotized him or drugged him or something.

Shawn would spend a lot of time looking innocent and going "No, I don't know of any drug that makes people specifically hallucinate magical talking ponies! Now go away, I'm playing with Pinkie Pie, and we're trying to see if we can make Moon Shoes for ponies!"

And then Gus would go off trying to be sensible, but eventually he would wander back and they'd help try making moon shoes for ponies.

And then Applejack would be all "I don't think Pinkie Pie really needs something that will make her bounce more." And then there would be The Great Bouncing Accident, and Gus would learn that a moderate amount of sensibleness was a good idea.

Meanwhile, Jules would learn that fighting crime on a magical Pegasus pony with rainbow-colored hair was exactly as awesome as she'd imagined it would be when she was young.

And then something would explode and/or catch fire.

And then Lassie would be jealous because he thought Jules was replacing him with Rainbow Dash as her new partner.

Of course it would!

Aw, Lassie! Jules would turn up all "I was asking if she had any friends you could fly around on, so we could all be a fabulous team of flying crimefighters together!"

Unfortunately, that friend would be Fluttershy.

Why does the image of a very grumpy Lassiter riding on Fluttershy fill me with such joy?

I don't know! They'd be the worst team ever!

Lassie would not have patience for Fluttershy. Alternately, he'd be like the rest of the Brony community and instantly love her. But probably the first one.

I think he'd have trouble putting up with her if they were crime-fighting partners, as she'd be all nervous and he doesn't do well with that.

And he tends to default to sarcasm and yelling (and sarcastic yelling) when he's with someone he has no patience for, and that would just freak her out even more, creating a positive feedback loop of Fluttershy crying and Lassiter yelling.

(On the other hoof, if they were going for cookies, she would be his best friend in seven seconds flat. Especially since he supposedly does have a soft spot for animals- except for squirrels- and that would endear her to him.)

Yeah, crimefighting would go poorly. They should get cookies instead.

The mental image of Lassiter getting cookies with Fluttershy is my new favorite. (Juliet would think it was simultaneous hilarious and sweet.)

That is a manip of awesome and I love it!

Lassie is all "Yes, I'm having cookies with the magical talking pony.

If you say anything negative about it, I'll shoot you."

Shawn is briefly tempted to chance it, but then Gus takes him aside and goes "If you make fun of them for this, I'm pretty sure Fluttershy will cry", so he doesn't.

Yeah, Shawn will mock Lassie from here till Doomsday, but he wouldn't have it in him to mock Fluttershy.

(On a more meta level, I'm pretty sure Shawn and Gus are bronies.)

Exactly.

And then Lassie and Jules find out, and Shawn is all "Look, it's a really fun show that just happens to be about magical talking ponies. I bet if you watched it, you'd really like it."

So they do, and love it. (Henry is a closet brony.)
